Because everyone knows that such fine examples of heterosexuality as these two nitwits are certainly doing more to honor the sanctity of marriage than a gay couple in a decades-long committed relationship ever could. Right?

Planning two weddings to two different grooms in the space of six months, one of them while the prospective groom was still married to another woman? Respectful! Honorable! Dare I say, Romantic!

Two men or two women planning and living their lives together, raising families, contributing to society, practicing monogamy? Not allowed to file paperwork allowing them the legal rights their partnership deserves.

I give the JLo/Marc Anthony approximately eight months, until Valentine's Day 2005. My good friends JB & GG? Given the 15 years of respectful, loving relationship these two gay men already have behind them; I predict a full lifetime of happiness together. You tell me who is deserving of the legal and spiritual bonds of marriage and why.
