To the Woman in the Bulky Sweater:

You do know it's the end of June, don't you? I realize that, as of late, the temperature has been a little cooler than normal around here, but did you really need to wear that thick turtleneck fisherman's sweater today?

And if, due to today's high temperature of 75°, you were worried about hypothermia, don't you think it might have been a better idea to forego the hot pants in favor of say, long pants? Seriously.
