Excuse Me, May I Blow Your Mind?

Lately I've taken to downloading my cd collection to itunes while I'm busy at some other computer-y task. I started at the beginning of the alphabet (yes the cds are alphabetized) and somewhere around The Replacements got bored and decided that it would be more interesting to work backward starting at the "Z"s. So now I'm inching my way from Zuzu's Petals back up to the aforementioned Replacements.

The point of my story? While returning some email tonight, I made it through the "W"s. When I opened the case to this Tom Waits cd I found a post-it stuck to the liner notes. It's certainly my handwriting, but to whom I wrote it, I have no idea. This is what the note says:

"Tom Waits' music is crazy. It may seriously blow your mind."

Can't argue with that.
